EEOC Issues FAQs on Mandatory Vaccinations for COVID-19

On Dec. 16, 2020, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) issued employer guidance on mandatory vaccination programs and the restrictions imposed on them by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other federal fair employment laws.

This Compliance Bulletin provides the new guidance, which was added to the EEOC’s existing FAQs on the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and the ADA.
